聯(lián)合國大會當地時間6月2日選舉德國前外長貝爾伯克為第80屆聯(lián)大主席。
貝爾伯克將于今年9月正式就任，接替第79屆聯(lián)大主席、喀麥隆前總理菲勒蒙·揚，任期一年。
根據聯(lián)合國區(qū)域輪換傳統(tǒng)，第80屆聯(lián)大主席席位由西歐及其他國家集團推舉。（央視記者 徐德智）
