César Luis Merlo透露，阿爾梅達已經與塞維利亞就執教事宜達成口頭協議，目前正在交換文件，如果一切順利，他將簽署一份期限到2028年6月的合同。
阿爾梅達是一位51歲的阿根廷教練，曾執教河床、班菲爾德、雅典AEK等俱樂部。
