6月22日，河南洛陽。幼兒園老師趙先生路過黃河邊時，看到母子倆在水里被沖走，孩子七八歲那個樣子，看到的時候人已經漂在水面上了。看到這一情況的趙先生果斷下水將母子二人救了上來，趙先生說：“我就是從小就在這黃河邊長大的，我當時就想著把人救上來。”
