在《死亡擱淺2》于GameSpot僅獲7分、而在Metacritic上媒體均分高達90分（滿分100）引發爭議后，知名游戲資訊博主@Zuby_Tech今日發布一張對比圖表，指出 GameSpot對PlayStation Studios出品游戲的評分普遍低于業界平均，直言“僅有5款作品獲得高于平均的分數”。
在這份統計中，共列出26款PlayStation平臺作品，并將GameSpot評測分數與各自在Metacritic上的綜合評分進行對比。數據顯示：
只有 《絕地潛兵2》、《漫威蜘蛛俠復刻版》、《死亡擱淺 導演剪輯版》、《瑞奇與叮當：時空跳轉》 和 《死亡回歸》 五款游戲，在GameSpot上的評分高于Metacritic均分。
@Zuby_Tech表示：“他們的評測總是會拉低PS游戲的平均分數。”
GameSpot近日對《死亡擱淺2》的7分評測已引發大量玩家不滿，不少人質疑其評測“淺薄”“對劇情與支線內容缺乏理解”，這一對比圖無疑為爭議再添一把火。
