曹杰，男，漢族，1975年8月出生，中共黨員，高級工程師。2021年6月起任長江口航道管理局黨委委員、副局長；2023年1月起任上海海事局黨組成員、副局長；2025年7月起任深圳海事局黨組書記、局長。
