據央視新聞消息，俄羅斯外交部當地時間22日表示，作為對歐盟限制措施的回應，俄方已擴大禁止入境俄羅斯的歐盟機構及成員國人員名單。
7月18日，歐盟批準新一輪對俄制裁方案，內容包括禁止歐盟運營商使用俄羅斯“北溪”管道、為進口石油價格設定上限等。
