作者簡介：
蘭日旭，經濟學博士，中央財經大學經濟學院教授、經濟史學系主任、中外經濟比較研究中心主任、博士生導師，兼任中國經濟史學會常務理事、國史學會理事、中國商業史學會副會長，致力于金融理論與近現代金融史、中外經濟關系、企業史研究。出版《中國金融現代化之路》《中國近代銀行制度變遷及績效研究》《經濟強國之路：中國經濟地位變遷史》《中外金融組織變遷：基于市場-技術-組織的視角》《中國金融業發展研究（1949-2019年）》、Transformation of China’s Modern Banking System from the Late Qing Era to the 1930s(Vol.1,2)等專著，其中兩部被納入國社科中華外譯，主持國家社會科學基金4項、教育部哲學社會科學研究基金1項、其他項目10項。
