ATC模式通過整合“田園·鄉村·山水”三大資源，實現農業與旅游的深度融合。在項目布局中，農業板塊不僅是傳統種植，更引入采摘、農耕體驗等活動，豐富了游客互動和消費場景；旅游板塊圍繞自然與鄉村文化展開，提供季節性節慶、戶外活動等，延長游客停留時間，增加二次消費機會；文化板塊則深入挖掘當地特色，將民俗、手工藝、歷史故事等元素融入項目中，增強品牌記憶點。從資方的視角看，ATC模式不僅增強了項目的體驗性和獨特性，更通過農業、旅游、文化三者的有機融合，實現多元化收益與全年運營的可能性。最終，這種模式讓一個休閑度假項目真正做到生態、產業、文旅氛圍的三者共贏，構建了農旅綜合體發展的全新藍圖。

From the perspective of the capital, the ATC model not only enhances the experience and uniqueness of the project, but also realizes the possibility of diversified benefits and year-round operation through the organic integration of agriculture, tourism and culture. Finally, this model allows a leisure project to truly achieve the win-win situation of ecology, industry and cultural and tourism atmosphere, and builds a new blueprint for the development of the agricultural and tourism complex.

一、黃山 · 未晞園

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

黃山未晞園，位于安徽黃山黟縣漁亭鎮的未晞園旅游度假區，距離世界文化遺產西遞宏村約6公里。它由懷川、大川、松川和青嶺山四個空心率達85%的自然村改造而成。酒店名字源于《詩經》中的“蒹葭萋萋，白露未晞。所謂伊人，在水之湄”，李白當年曾經作詩過的【潯陽臺】就在這片山野中，歷史仿佛就在你的眼前。酒店坐落于海拔286米的山林溪谷之間，占地面積約18500平方米。客房沿水而建，錯落有致地分布在山林中。建筑風格均為徽派極簡風格黑白方塊，保留了原來的古樹及古道，打造了一個傳統與現代相結合的徽州古村落度假區。

Huangshan Weixi Garden, located in Yuting Town, Yixian County, Huangshan, Anhui Province, Weixi Garden tourist resort, about 6 kilometers from the World cultural Heritage Xidi Hong Village. It is constructed from four natural villages with 85% hollow rate of Huaichuan, Dachuan, Songchuan and Qingling Mountain. The hotel's name is derived from the "luxuriant" in the Book of Songs. The so-called Yi people, Mekong in the water ", Li Bai once wrote a poem [Xun balcony] in this field, history seems to be in front of your eyes. The hotel is located in the mountains and valleys 286 meters above sea level, covering an area of about 18,500 square meters. The guest rooms are built along the water and scattered in the mountains. The architectural style is Hui style minimalist black and white blocks, retaining the original ancient trees and ancient roads, creating a combination of traditional and modern Huizhou ancient village resort.

在皖南山谷深處的古村落，建筑與地形、地貌、山水完美融合。這里延續了傳統徽州村落的布局設計，白墻黛瓦間，水流穿行而過，環繞整個園林。如此寬闊的面積格局，僅設立了57套客房及合院。其中37間濱水客房臨水而居，背靠青山的17套山谷別墅清居一隅。此外，還有3棟套房設立著系列主題空間。在這山水園林中，每間客房都擁有獨特的景致。房間的開闊窗景中，或層林盡染，或庭院幾許，或流水疊瀑。中式美學意境在這一方空間展現得淋漓盡致。

In the ancient villages deep in the valley of southern Anhui, the architecture is perfectly integrated with the topography, landform and mountains and rivers. Here continues the layout design of traditional Huizhou villages, with white walls and black tiles, water flows through and around the entire garden. With such a wide area pattern, only 57 rooms and courtyards have been set up. Among them, 37 waterfront rooms are located on the water, and 17 valley villas backed by green hills are located in a corner. In addition, there are three suites with a series of themed Spaces. Each room offers a unique view of the landscape. In the open window scenery of the room, or the forest is dyed, or the courtyard is a few, or the cascading waterfall. The Chinese aesthetic conception is vividly displayed in this space.

在這山水園林的懷抱中，每一間客房都仿佛自成一景。透過寬敞的窗戶，您將目睹一幅幅如詩如畫的自然美景：或許是層林盡染的秋色，或許是靜謐庭院中的一抹綠意，亦或是流水疊瀑的潺潺之聲。中式美學的意境在這方空間里展現得淋漓盡致。每次入住山中，總有新驚喜。酒店四周被森林綠植環繞，徽派建筑與中式風格設計完美融合，步移景異，宛如置身于畫卷之中。此外，酒店內設有藝術館、咖啡廳、茶室、泳池、健身房、圖書館、大草坪及農場等設施，娛樂活動豐富多樣。
