雷曉輝：1975年生于陜西銅川，1996年畢業于西安美院附中，同年被保送西安美院國畫系，2000年畢業留校任教，師從中國國家畫院院長楊曉陽先生，2012年獲碩士學位，曾任西安美術學院藝術教育學院院長，碩士研究生導師，西安美術學院學位委員會委員，現為西安美術學院副院長，中國美術家協會會員，西安青聯委員。
