徐州云東境酒店位于徐州市云龍區(qū),緊鄰云龍山東門,左倚千年古剎興化禪寺,右接徐州博物館,步行可達(dá)回龍窩文化街區(qū)與彭祖園,堪稱“大隱于市”的典范。作為禪奢酒店,云東境以東方榫卯工藝打造磅礴建筑,回字形構(gòu)造與古寺飛檐相呼應(yīng),光影流轉(zhuǎn)間盡顯漢文化底蘊(yùn)。大堂內(nèi)水景、枯山水與綠植共生,客房更以“引境入室”為理念,每間自帶露天庭院或園林造景,竹影屏風(fēng)、蓮花元素點(diǎn)綴,禪意與簡(jiǎn)素交織成畫(huà)。
Xuzhou Yundongjing Hotel is located in the Yunlong District of Xuzhou City, close to the east gate of Yunlong Mountain, next to the thousand-year-old temple Xinghua Zen Temple on the left, Xuzhou Museum on the right, walking distance to Huilongwo Cultural block and Pengzu Garden, can be called "big hidden in the city" model. As a zen luxury hotel, Yundongjing uses the Oriental mortise and tenon technology to build a majestic building. The zigzagging structure echoes the eaves of the ancient temple, and the flow of light and shadow fully reveals the cultural heritage of the Han Dynasty. In the lobby, water features, dry landscapes and green plants coexist, and the guest rooms are based on the concept of "ushering in the environment". Each room has its own open-air courtyard or garden scenery, decorated with bamboo shadow screens and lotus elements. Zen and simple elements are interwoven into a painting.
山下呈現(xiàn)的是俗世的日常景象,山上則是禪修的靜謐之地。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)周邊環(huán)境特征的多維度分析,設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)確立“禪”在高處、“常”在低處的空間規(guī)劃原則——山下是充滿世俗氣息的日常區(qū)域,設(shè)有商業(yè)街區(qū)和文化展覽等設(shè)施;而山上則保留著禪寺的蹤跡,強(qiáng)調(diào)寧?kù)o、放松與感悟的氛圍。從山下到山上,環(huán)境的轉(zhuǎn)換引導(dǎo)人們的心態(tài)由喧囂轉(zhuǎn)為平和。因此,以“禪修”為主題的酒店定位非常契合這一場(chǎng)地的獨(dú)特屬性。
Below the mountain is a scene of everyday life, and on the mountain is a quiet place for meditation. After multi-dimensional analysis of the characteristics of the surrounding environment, the design team established the spatial planning principle of "zen" in the high place and "always" in the low place. At the foot of the mountain is a daily area full of secular atmosphere, with commercial blocks and cultural exhibitions and other facilities. On the mountain, there are traces of the Zen temple, emphasizing the atmosphere of peace, relaxation and enlightenment. From the bottom of the mountain to the top of the mountain, the change of environment guides people's mentality from noise to peace. Therefore, the positioning of the hotel with the theme of "meditation" fits well with the unique attributes of this site.
二、空間美學(xué)
RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
在較小尺度的酒店寮房中,刻意進(jìn)行了空間壓縮,目的在于強(qiáng)調(diào)感官上的靜謐與專注。其內(nèi)部通過(guò)六大庭院來(lái)串聯(lián)各個(gè)空間,而其他大小各異的院落則用于界定不同的功能區(qū)域,從而營(yíng)造出一種層層遞進(jìn)的空間進(jìn)深感。窄長(zhǎng)形庭院的設(shè)置,蘊(yùn)含著內(nèi)向包裹以及短暫停留的意味。其中配置了富有東方意象的水景、綠植、枯山水和盆景等元素。在現(xiàn)代建筑之中置入木構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu),能夠成功地營(yíng)造出古今時(shí)空相互交疊的獨(dú)特體驗(yàn),同時(shí)也兼顧了與周邊環(huán)境相融合的需求。
In the smaller-scale hotel room, the space is deliberately compressed, the purpose is to emphasize the tranquility and concentration of the senses. The interior is connected by six courtyards, while other courtyards of different sizes are used to define different functional areas, thereby creating a sense of progressive space. The setting of the narrow and long courtyard implies inward wrapping and short stay. It is equipped with Oriental images of water features, green plants, dry landscapes and bonsai and other elements. The insertion of a wooden structure into a modern building successfully creates a unique experience of the intersection of ancient and modern time and space, while also taking into account the need to integrate with the surrounding environment.
設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)閣樓“出挑深遠(yuǎn)”“飛檐翹角”的意象進(jìn)行了深入的抽象提煉,進(jìn)而形成了一種擺脫傳統(tǒng)思維定式束縛的新式屋檐。木構(gòu)體系語(yǔ)言不僅被運(yùn)用在禪堂、齋堂、知客堂以及酒店寮房接待區(qū)等公共核心空間的屋頂和入口雨棚上,而且這些木構(gòu)既是承重構(gòu)件,又起到了裝飾構(gòu)件的作用,使得室內(nèi)外視覺(jué)效果實(shí)現(xiàn)了一體化。在木構(gòu)的組織方式和表達(dá)上,十分注重錯(cuò)落有致的序列以及樸拙的質(zhì)感。榫卯、搭接方式以及膠合木的現(xiàn)代工藝,既符合力學(xué)原理,又能給人帶來(lái)樸素的視覺(jué)感受,同時(shí)還保持了材料特性與空間意象的和諧統(tǒng)一。此外,外立面及部分墻面選用了砂巖和黃崗巖材料,以此塑造出典型的現(xiàn)代禪意空間。
The design team deeply abstracted and refined the image of "far-reaching" and "cornice Angle" of the traditional attic, and then formed a new eaves that got rid of the shackles of traditional thinking. The language of the wooden structure system is not only used on the roof and the entrance canopy of the public core Spaces such as the Zen hall, the Buddhist hall, the Buddhist hall and the reception area of the hotel, but also the bearing components and the decorative components, making the indoor and outdoor visual effects realize the integration. In terms of the organization and expression of the wood structure, we pay great attention to the orderly sequence and the simple texture. The modern technology of mortise and tenon, lappet and glulam not only conforms to the principle of mechanics, but also brings simple visual experience to people, while maintaining the harmonious unity of material characteristics and space image. In addition, the facades and parts of the walls are made of sandstone and yellow granite materials to create a typical modern Zen space.
