上次家里買的棉花糖買的多了,之前做過雪花酥,想著做點其他零食,兜兜轉轉,查查看,決定做個這樣的小零食,口感很脆。上面加上堅果也不會膩!
用料
棉花糖
各種堅果,果干
簡單小零食棉花糖脆脆的做法
- 烤盤上墊上油紙,擺好棉花糖,留點空隙
烤箱120℃左右,烤五分鐘
- 這時候會發現棉花糖膨脹,變大,這時候拿出來,給上面按上堅果,放進去接著烤,溫度調成110℃左右,烤20到30分鐘
記的觀察烤箱,不要烤焦了
- 主要通過低溫烘烤,把棉花糖的水份烤干,剛拿出來還有點軟,放涼就會很脆,吃不完要密封包裝,不然會受潮變軟
