賽力斯汽車有限公司成立于2012年9月，法定代表人為岑遠川，注冊資本約103億人民幣，經營范圍包括研發、生產、銷售新能源汽車及其零部件等，由賽力斯集團股份有限公司、國開制造業轉型升級基金（有限合伙）等共同持股。
