4月11日，河南省新鄉市一市民反映自己車輛停在“荒地”卻被處罰。 16日，記者從新鄉市城市綜合執法局獲悉，該男子停車區域為高鐵隧道口，此處禁止停車。 城市綜合執法局工作人員表示，此處區域也并非荒地而是農田。
