劉某裕駕駛車牌為晉H1N73*的小型轎車因涉嫌飲酒后駕駛被執勤民警現場查獲。 經酒精測試儀檢測，其體內酒精含量為75mg/100ml，屬于飲酒后駕駛機動車的違法行為。根據《中華人民共和國道路交通安全法》相關規定，寧武交警依法對駕駛員劉某裕做出罰款1000元、記12分、暫扣駕駛證6個月的行政處罰。
