4月17日，貝殼發布自愿性公告稱，已接獲貝殼董事會主席、首席執行官及控股股東彭永東的通知，其擬捐贈900萬股A類貝殼普通股。在承擔相應的納稅義務后，50%稅后資金將用于居住行業服務者及其家庭成員的醫療健康福利，50%稅后資金將用于應屆畢業生等租客群體的租房幫扶。
