上班族快手菜-酸辣金湯蝦滑的做法

1. 準備金針菇一小把，洗凈撕碎備用

1. 火腿半根切成絲

1. 魔芋結一盒，魔芋結是為了增加飽腹感，這樣就不會吃很多主食了，有利于減肥。

1. 萵筍一小段切成絲。萵筍絲在湯里是脆脆的口感非常好。

1. 大蒜3-4瓣切成蒜末

1. 姜3-4片切成姜末

1. 2個雞蛋打散備用。

1. 起鍋燒油，把姜蒜末倒入，小火爆香。

1. 香味炒出來后倒入開水，水量根據你準備做出來幾份的量來倒入。

1. 水燒開后倒入我們的味好美酸辣金湯調味醬。這個漂亮的小袋子是內包裝。
2. 放入撕好的金針菇。

1. 放入清洗好的魔芋絲

1. 因為是下班后的快手菜我們直接用了成品蝦滑，把蝦滑剪個口子擠進去。
2. 蝦滑擠成一條一條的就行。

1. 等到鍋里的湯煮開后把打散的雞蛋撒進去，增加湯的營養和味道。

1. 最后下入萵筍絲，這樣可以保持萵筍的清脆口感。
