1日，據檢察機關和警方透露，首爾西部地方檢察廳于上月25日對涉嫌侵入New Jeans宿舍的20多歲男性A某以非法侵入及盜竊罪進行了不拘留起訴。A某涉嫌于去年12月21日闖入位于首爾龍山區的New Jeans宿舍，偷走了宿舍里的衣架和橫幅等物品。
據警方調查，A某在去年的12月18日也擅自出入New Jeans的宿舍。據調查，當時A某確認New Jeans宿舍的門沒有鎖，之后再次前往宿舍擅自闖入，偷走了物品。據悉，New Jeans去年11月與ADOR結束合約后，同月離開了原來的宿舍。
