超好吃的藍莓乳酪面包!制作簡單!食欲滿滿!的做法
- 首先準備好所需食材
桶中倒入除了黃油和鹽以外的材料
- 慢速攪拌成團后轉中高速揉面
- 揉至可以拉出厚膜
- 加入軟化的黃油攪拌至黃油吸收,轉中高速揉面
- 揉至可以拉出較薄的手套膜
- 面團送入發酵箱28度發酵至2倍大小
- 將面團直接分割成6個揉圓松弛15分鐘
- 將面團搟開,搟成圓片
- 放入烤盤中,送入發酵箱,36度發酵至2倍大
- 面團中間用勺子按壓后擠入藍莓奶酪,四周刷蛋液,撒上適量酥粒(酥粒全部材料混合揉搓沙粒狀即可使用)
