5月3日，云南昆明市紀委監(jiān)委公開通報違反中央八項規(guī)定精神典型問題。其中包括：昆明市石林縣衛(wèi)生健康綜合監(jiān)督執(zhí)法局局長李爭違規(guī)接受管理服務對象宴請等問題。
2023年3月，李爭帶領縣衛(wèi)生健康綜合執(zhí)法局4名職工，違規(guī)接受管理服務對象可能影響公正執(zhí)行公務的宴請。李爭還存在其他違紀問題。2024年6月，李爭受到黨內嚴重警告處分，參與接受宴請的4名職工受到批評教育。
