天眼查法律訴訟信息顯示，近日，北京互聯(lián)網(wǎng)法院刊登公告稱，楊冪與被告偶某網(wǎng)絡侵權(quán)責任糾紛一案中，偶某通過網(wǎng)絡公開發(fā)布涉案言論，其中，含有侮辱性語言貶損他人，以網(wǎng)絡梗影射楊冪，上述言論已超過評論的合理限度，侵犯了楊冪的名譽權(quán)。判決偶某書面賠禮道歉，賠償楊冪精神撫慰金1000元及維權(quán)費用5035.70元。上述判決生效后，偶某未履行生效判決確定的致歉義務，楊冪申請強制執(zhí)行。
