食材準(zhǔn)備:苦瓜1根、雞蛋3個(gè)、鹽、食用油、蒜末適量。

二、涼拌黃瓜木耳
黃瓜富含水分,能清熱利水;木耳可養(yǎng)血駐顏、清胃滌腸,兩者涼拌,口感清爽,是立夏降火的絕佳選擇。
食材準(zhǔn)備:黃瓜2根、干木耳1小把、小米辣2個(gè)、蒜末、生抽、香醋、蠔油、鹽、白糖、香油適量。
