上海市民顧女士半年前用16克重的舊金飾，在城隍珠寶朱涇店換購了一枚店員介紹重20g左右的金手鐲，并補差價一萬四千多元。后來，她稱重發現，這枚新手鐲僅重12克，竟比店員介紹的縮水8g之多！涉事金店涉嫌侵害消費者權益，目前已被市場監管部門責令整改，后續相關部門將立案進一步調查。
