據塔斯社當地時間17日報道，俄羅斯總統新聞秘書佩斯科夫當天表示，俄方不會對媒體有關俄烏雙方在伊斯坦布爾會談期間提出所謂條件的報道發表評論，也不會透露任何有關于談判過程的細節。
佩斯科夫稱，談判“正在閉門進行”，以確保其富有成效。
