5月19日，區七屆人大常委會第二十五次會議召開。會議審議并表決通過有關人事任免事項，決定任命張宇祥為閔行區人民政府副區長；任命肖凱為閔行區人民法院副院長、審判委員會委員、審判員。
會議還審議并表決通過了其他有關人事任免事項。經表決，決定接受王宇展辭去閔行區人民法院院長等職務的請求，決定肖凱為閔行區人民法院代理院長。
會議還舉行了憲法宣誓儀式。
