5月22日，國家防災減災救災委員會辦公室、應(yīng)急管理部針對近期陜西、河南等省旱情情況，啟動應(yīng)急物資政社協(xié)同保障機制，協(xié)調(diào)壹基金、阿里集團、愛德基金會、中國鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展基金會、基金會救災協(xié)調(diào)會等向陜西、河南等省援助瓶裝飲用水5萬余件（箱）、儲水罐1000余個以及抽水泵等救災物資，支持地方進一步做好受旱困難群眾基本飲水保障工作。（央視新聞）
