5月17日，在世界博物館日即將到來(lái)之際，無(wú)錫高新區(qū)鴻山遺址博物館“煥新”開(kāi)放，升級(jí)后的鴻山遺址博物館采用“沉浸式+陳列式”的動(dòng)靜結(jié)合展示模式，通過(guò)裸眼3D、增強(qiáng)現(xiàn)實(shí)（AR）、全息投影、虛擬互動(dòng)魔墻、空氣成像、透明文物互動(dòng)屏、AI數(shù)字人物互動(dòng)等數(shù)字化新技術(shù)，打造“無(wú)邊界博物館”，讓文物“活”起來(lái)，讓歷史“近”起來(lái)，讓公眾“動(dòng)”起來(lái)。

The newly upgraded Hongshan Site Museum in WND reopened on May 17, just before International Museum Day! The museum now features exciting displays that mix traditional and modern styles. It uses cutting-edge tech like 3D without glasses, AR, holograms, and digital avatars to bring artifacts to life, make history feel closer, and fully engage visitors.

5月17日，“才聚高新·數(shù)興鄉(xiāng)野”鴻山·暖村數(shù)字游民村落項(xiàng)目簽約活動(dòng)舉行。項(xiàng)目將重點(diǎn)建設(shè)寒儒橋數(shù)字游民村落、金家里創(chuàng)意街區(qū)、糧倉(cāng)藝術(shù)街區(qū)、姚更上民宿集群等年輕化場(chǎng)景，并配套無(wú)人機(jī)配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)、零碳鄉(xiāng)村技術(shù)等現(xiàn)代服務(wù)，構(gòu)建 “生態(tài)鏈、要素鏈、服務(wù)鏈” 融合的數(shù)字游民友好型環(huán)境。

The signing ceremony for a digital nomad village project was held in Hongshan, WND on May 17. The project aims to create a youth-oriented hub featuring creative blocks, art spaces, B&B clusters, and smart services like drone delivery and zero-carbon tech, fostering a vibrant, nomad-friendly ecosystem.

5月18日，深藍(lán)航天總部暨液體火箭總裝基地開(kāi)業(yè)啟動(dòng)。項(xiàng)目總投資15億元，主要承擔(dān)“星云”系列液氧煤油可回收復(fù)用運(yùn)載火箭的總裝集成任務(wù)，采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)，引入?yún)f(xié)作機(jī)器人輔助裝配工作站，具備年產(chǎn)10發(fā)火箭整箭及100臺(tái)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的能力，達(dá)產(chǎn)后實(shí)現(xiàn)29億營(yíng)收規(guī)模，為無(wú)錫商業(yè)航天產(chǎn)業(yè)集群注入強(qiáng)勁動(dòng)能。

Deep Blue Aerospace launched its headquarters and liquid rocket assembly base in WND on May 18. With 1.5 billion yuan in investment, the site will assemble reusable, oxygen/kerosene-fueled Nebula rockets using modular design and collaborative robots. At full capacity, it will produce 10 rockets and 100 engines annually, generating 2.9 billion yuan in revenue and powering Wuxi's commercial space industry.

5月17日，“縱槳競(jìng)渡 智練新吳”2025年無(wú)錫高新區(qū)（新吳區(qū)）第五屆龍舟皮劃艇槳板大賽在伯瀆河上舉行，吸引了來(lái)自區(qū)內(nèi)外資企業(yè)、民營(yíng)企業(yè)和各街道等共35支代表隊(duì)超350人同場(chǎng)競(jìng)渡，以同心合力縱槳前行，以?shī)^進(jìn)之姿揚(yáng)帆起航。

The 2025 WND Dragon Boat, Canoe & Paddleboard Race took place on the Bodu River on May 17. Over 350 participants from 35 teams – spanning foreign enterprises, private firms, and local communities – joined the thrilling competition.

Silicon photonics, a rising star in optoelectronics, is gaining traction in WND. The district is building a competitive full-chain ecosystem, driven by leading enterprises and strengthened R&D collaboration. In 2024, the silicon photonics industry in WND saw output soar to 1.8 billion yuan ($249.97 million), up 112.82 percent year-on-year.

5月21日，2025 Google I/O全球開(kāi)發(fā)者大會(huì)上，一款由Google與無(wú)錫高新區(qū)企業(yè)XREAL聯(lián)合打造的AR眼鏡——Project Aura正式亮相。這是全球首款搭載Android XR系統(tǒng)的AR眼鏡，不僅承載著空間計(jì)算「下一個(gè)十年」的技術(shù)愿景，也代表著無(wú)錫科技力量首次以底層生態(tài)合作伙伴的身份，深度參與全球XR操作系統(tǒng)與終端生態(tài)的聯(lián)合定義與技術(shù)演進(jìn)，將“新吳智造”推向世界舞臺(tái)。

Project Aura, the world's first AR glasses powered by Android XR, was unveiled at Google I/O 2025 on May 21. Co-developed by Google and WND-based Xreal, it marks a major milestone in spatial computing and Wuxi's debut as a core partner in shaping the global XR ecosystem.

近日，無(wú)錫高新區(qū)企業(yè)威脈醫(yī)療自主研發(fā)的YOUMAGIC高能射頻治療儀正式斬獲FDA認(rèn)證，與先前取得的NMPA三類醫(yī)療器械認(rèn)證共同構(gòu)成“黃金雙認(rèn)證”，成為中國(guó)高端醫(yī)械全球化征程中里程碑式突破。

WE MedTech, based in WND, recently secured FDA approval for its YOUMAGIC radiofrequency therapy device. Together with its NMPA Class III certification, this marks a major milestone in the global expansion of China's high-end medical technology.

5月23日，中國(guó)文明網(wǎng)發(fā)布第七屆全國(guó)文明城市、文明村鎮(zhèn)、文明單位，第三屆全國(guó)文明家庭、文明校園。無(wú)錫高新區(qū)（新吳區(qū)）新安街道凈湖社區(qū)獲評(píng)第七屆全國(guó)文明單位，萬(wàn)其興家庭獲評(píng)第三屆全國(guó)文明家庭；鴻山街道大坊橋村、鴻山街道七房橋村、無(wú)錫村田電子有限公司通過(guò)復(fù)查確認(rèn)繼續(xù)保留榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。

WND continues to shine with many units earning national honors for their commitment to civility on May 23. Jinghu Community in Xin'an sub-district was named a national civilized unit, and the Wan Qixing family received the national civilized family award. Dafangqiao village, Qifangqiao village, and Wuxi Murata Electronics also retained their titles.

近日，江蘇省工信廳發(fā)布2025年江蘇省先進(jìn)級(jí)智能工廠擬認(rèn)定名單，無(wú)錫高新區(qū)共有62家企業(yè)上榜，入圍總數(shù)列全省各市縣區(qū)第一，省級(jí)智能標(biāo)桿數(shù)再創(chuàng)歷史新高，展現(xiàn)了無(wú)錫高新區(qū)作為全省智能制造高地的強(qiáng)勁實(shí)力。

Jiangsu's Industry and Information Technology Department recently announced the proposed 2025 list of advanced smart factories, with WND's 62 companies recognized — the most among all county-level regions in the province. This record-breaking achievement highlights WND's strength as a hub for intelligent manufacturing.

5月19日，來(lái)自SK海力士韓國(guó)總部的約100名員工到訪無(wú)錫，參觀了SK海力士無(wú)錫工廠的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，還探訪了梅里古鎮(zhèn)等江南特色景點(diǎn)，了解無(wú)錫以及無(wú)錫高新區(qū)的歷史文化。

自2005年無(wú)錫工廠成立以來(lái)，SK海力士深耕無(wú)錫二十載，現(xiàn)已發(fā)展成為韓國(guó)SK集團(tuán)在中國(guó)投資最大的項(xiàng)目，也是江蘇單體投資規(guī)模最大、技術(shù)水平最高、發(fā)展速度最快的外商投資企業(yè)，在產(chǎn)線之外，SK海力士醫(yī)院、新吳區(qū)幸福外國(guó)語(yǔ)小學(xué)、愛(ài)思開(kāi)海力士幸福公益基金會(huì)等一系列民生項(xiàng)目相繼落戶無(wú)錫高新區(qū)。

About 100 employees from SK Hynix's South Korea HQ visited Wuxi on May 19, touring the local plant and exploring cultural sites like Meili Ancient Town to learn about the city's rich heritage.

Since 2005, SK Hynix has established deep roots in Wuxi, becoming SK Group's largest investment in China and Jiangsu's top foreign-invested project in terms of investment, technology, and growth speed. The company has also supported local development through projects like the SK Wuxi Hospital, SK Hynix Wuxi Foreign Language Primary School, and a public welfare foundation.

無(wú)錫市新吳區(qū)世新實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校即將正式上線，新校舍將于2025年秋學(xué)期正式啟用。學(xué)校與無(wú)錫金橋教育集團(tuán)合作辦學(xué)，設(shè)有中學(xué)36班，小學(xué)42班，構(gòu)建“治理出彩、學(xué)生出眾、教師出色”的高質(zhì)量九年一貫制育人模式，積極打造無(wú)錫高新區(qū)（新吳區(qū)）教育的又一新高地。

Shixin Experimental School in WND is set to open its new campus in Fall 2025. In collaboration with Wuxi Jinqiao Education Group, the school will offer 36 middle school and 42 elementary classes, creating a high-quality education model in the district.

近日，無(wú)錫首條智能潮汐車道亮相吳都路菱湖大道。這條潮汐車道全長(zhǎng)約80米，在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中，高峰時(shí)段潮汐“機(jī)器人”護(hù)欄打開(kāi)，分隔左轉(zhuǎn)車輛與對(duì)向車輛；平峰時(shí)段則護(hù)欄收回并緊鄰中分帶停靠，出口道恢復(fù)正常，啟用后，東進(jìn)口因?yàn)樵黾恿艘粋€(gè)左轉(zhuǎn)車道，通行能力得到了顯著提升。

Wuxi's first smart tidal lane recently debuted on Wudu Road in WND. The 80-meter lane features a robotic barrier that deploys during rush hours to separate left-turning and oncoming traffic, then retracts during off-peak times. This new setup significantly improves traffic flow.
