- 除黃油和酵母外,所有材料放廚師機
- 廚師機3檔揉出面團后,5到6檔揉出厚膜
- 再放酵母和黃油(黃油要提前軟化)
- 揉出手套膜后,整形發酵
- 發酵至2倍大
- 平均分成36份,整形揉圓放入烤盤二次發酵
- 發酵好后表面刷牛奶,烤箱要提前預熱,上下火175度,20分鐘
- 上下火175度,烘烤33分鐘左右,每個烤箱溫度不一樣,根據自己烤箱溫度而定,上色均勻后蓋錫紙,避免烤糊
