近日，歌手泰勒·斯威夫特（Taylor Swift）曬出與過往六張專輯的合照，宣布拿回所有專輯版權。

據悉，這六張專輯的錄音版權原本在泰勒的前公司Big Machine唱片公司持有，2019年，公司被經紀人斯科特·布勞恩（Scooter Braun）以3億美元收購，其母帶版權隨之被掌握。

經紀人斯科特·布勞恩曾參與對泰勒的輿論攻擊，并拒絕泰勒回購版權的請求，雙方分道揚鑣。

作為回應，泰勒發起“Taylor’s Version”計劃，對早期專輯進行重新制作，以此奪回控制權。

Music executive Scooter Braun was involved in public attacks against Swift and denied her the chance to repurchase her masters. In response, she launched the “Taylor’s Version” project, re-recording her early albums to reclaim ownership and control of her work.

2020年，三葉草控股（Shamrock Capital）從斯科特·布勞恩手中接手相關版權。

2025年，泰勒以3.6億美元的價格從Shamrock Capital買斷全部母帶使用權，范圍包括MV、現場視頻、未公開素材等，標志著她徹底收回音樂主權。

In 2025, Swift bought back the full rights to her master recordings from Shamrock Capital for $360 million. The deal covered music videos, concert films, unreleased songs, and more — marking the complete restoration of her musical ownership.
