初設即初步設計，是依據批復的可行性研究報告，對路線方案、技術標準等進行具體設計，明確路基、路面、橋涵等構造物布置，編制工程概算。初步設計獲批后，可開展施工圖設計，推進用地審批、施工及監理招標，辦理規劃、環評等手續，組建項目管理機構，落實資金，做好施工前各項準備工作。

目前，關于四川省高速公路事業發展迎來了一個好消息：繼2025年4月，成都至峨眉山高速公路取得四川省發展改革委核準批復，為項目盡早開工建設創造了先決條件之后，日前成都至峨眉山高速公路初步設計順利獲得四川省交通運輸廳批復，標志著該項目即將進入施工招標階段工作。

成都至峨眉山高速公路（四川高速編號為S6，簡稱成峨高速）是四川省“大峨眉”交旅融合先行示范區的核心工程，也是連接成都都市圈與峨嵋山風景名勝區的重要交通紐帶。按照規劃，成都至峨眉山高速公路項目線路起于眉山市彭山區公義鎮，接G5京昆高速成雅段，途經東坡區、丹棱縣、夾江縣，止于峨眉山市綏山鎮，與樂峨大道相連，全長81.5公里，總投資約176億元，建設工期3年。全線設計速度100公里/小時，其中起點至樂雅高速段66公里采用雙向六車道標準，路基寬度34米；樂雅高速至終點段15.5公里為雙向四車道，路基寬度26米。

該項目采用BOT模式建設，由中鐵城市發展投資集團等企業聯合投資，旨在打造一條高效便捷的旅游通道，將成都平原經濟區與峨眉山景區緊密串聯，車程縮短至1.5小時以內，極大提升游客出行體驗。線路途經多個文化景區，終點直達峨眉山核心景區，對促進“大峨眉”文旅經濟帶發展、提升樂山區域中心城市能級具有重要意義。項目同步優化沿線互通布局，強化與既有路網銜接，建成后將成為成都都市圈向西南輻射的重要交通走廊，助力四川世界重要旅游目的地建設。那么，成都至峨眉山高速公路預計會在什么時候開工建設？

據悉，成都至峨眉山高速公路是國家“十四五”規劃102項重大工程，也是四川省2025年重點新開工項目。根據最新進展，項目兩項關鍵審批均已獲批：項目已取得四川省發展改革委核準批復、初步設計通過四川省交通運輸廳批復。作為四川省2025年重點新開工項目，其勘察設計、水保等前置要件已基本完成，目前正推進用地審批、施工圖設計等工作，一般情況下這些工作通常需3-12個月。若進展順利，成都至峨眉山高速公路最快有望在2025年年底前開工建設，按照建設工期3年推算，項目預計2028年建成通車。
