燈組科技的升級也是這次改款的一大亮點。 新款RS3導入 矩陣式LED頭燈（Matrix LED），可智能調整照明范圍，即使在有其他車輛時仍能提供最佳照明效果。 此外，日行燈（DRL）依舊支持個性化設定，車主可以通過信息娛樂系統選擇自己喜歡的燈光樣式，讓愛車更具獨特風格。進入車內，內裝的質感也有進一步提升。 新款RS專屬平底方向盤 除了換上鋁制換檔撥片，還新增RS Mode快捷鍵，讓駕駛可以更快速切換動態模式。 此外，車內的環艙氛圍燈升級為多色可調，營造出更具科技感的駕駛氛圍。 以往的銀色飾板也換成Vanadium Grey（釩灰），進一步強化內裝的豪華感。盡管這次動力規格維持不變，2025款RS3仍搭載2.5L直列五缸渦輪增壓引擎，輸出394匹馬力，但控表現卻明顯進化。 奧迪針對懸掛系統進行重新調校，并且優化 RS Torque Splitter扭力分配系統，讓新款RS3在過彎時擁有更靈活的控表現。

這些升級已經在賽道上獲得驗證。 2025款RS3的測試車在 紐博格林北賽道 創下7分33.123秒的單圈成績，比2021年舊款RS3的7分40.748秒快了7秒以上，刷新「最速緊湊型轎車」紀錄。 雖然最大馬力沒有提升，但通過底盤調校、RS Torque Splitter的進化，甚至可能是更先進的輪胎技術，讓新款RS3的賽道表現更上層樓。在加速與極速表現方面，2025款RS3依舊維持0-100 km/h加速3.6秒，標準版極速為250 km/h，如果選配Dynamic Plus套件，則可將極速提升至289 km/h，展現出奧迪RS車系一貫的速度實力。
