騙子真是無所不在，提醒大家注意，尤其是學術圈的學者。

我在2025年5月30日收到一封自稱是聯合國經濟與社會理事會工作人員的英文郵件，邀請我參加聯合國經濟與社會理事會年度會議。

因郵件中并未提到支付費用的問題，所以我在將信將疑之余回復了郵件。后來我查了一下，發現會議本身真實存在，確實是在7月14日至23日之間在紐約舉行。這讓我幾乎就要相信郵件的邀請是真的了。

在第二次回復郵件后，對方寄來邀請函與表格，表格其中一項是要填賓館的預訂號。這才知道，我需要預付住宿費，才能得到預定號。

在我發第三封郵件后，對方迅速回復了我，預付住宿費的方式，竟然不是發過來信用卡的支付鏈接，而是直接以國際匯款的方式匯到私人賬號。

前面收到郵件與邀請函，我從將信將疑到差點相信，并給了我的個人信息。在此過程中，我問了一位在紐約工作的朋友，她強烈建議我不要相信，因為郵件不是發自聯合國官方的郵箱地址。

隨后，在收到以國際匯款方式預付住宿費用的郵件后，我已基本確定系騙子所為。在朋友的建議下，我發了郵件到聯合國官方的郵箱進行舉報。

如果收到類似的郵件，請不要提供個人信息，謹防被騙。我前面有些大意，提供了地址、電話等信息。確實沒想到，有人會有偽造聯合國秘書長的簽名，以聯合國會議邀請的名義實施詐騙的。

騙子越來越高明，所以不要動輒指責被害人愚蠢或貪婪，搞被害人有錯論那一套。這只會導致很多人被騙以后不敢吱聲，從而導致更多的人受騙上當。

以下，是我5月30日收到的郵件：

復盤這起以聯合國會議邀請的名義進行的詐騙，前期我由將信將疑轉變為有些相信，主要是這樣一些因素：

1. 我之前沒有接觸過聯合國的相關機構，不清楚他們的做事流程，也不知道他們官方郵箱的地址。

2. 騙子郵件中所附網頁打開后是聯合國的網站，會議信息也是真實的。由于海外網站打開的速度比較慢，我沒有花時間去細致地進一步查看相關信息。

3. 郵件的發件人Ms.Soo Hyun Kim，我在微信中搜索了一下，以她的名字和聯合國為關鍵詞，發現有兩篇中文的文章提到這個人，身份分別是聯合國教科文組織與和裁軍有關的部門的工作人員。當時我下意識地認為，這個人她在聯合國內部換工作職位了。

4. 郵件中并沒有直接提到要付費的問題。

在過程中，我有疑慮的地方在于：

1.郵件來得突兀，剛收到時我第一次回復郵件問對方，是誰推薦我參加這個會議，對方沒有回答我的問題，而是讓我與秘書處聯系。

2. 昨天我是北京時間中午將近一點時回復的第二封郵件，結果發現北京時間下午四點就收到回郵。這讓我有些詫異，照說美國東部時間正是凌晨，怎么會有工作人員在凌晨處理郵件。

3. 這兩個疑慮讓我決定，需要問一下在紐約工作的朋友，她看了后認為大概率是欺詐郵件。

4. 隨后我發的第三封涉及預訂賓館環節的郵件也馬上收到回復，對方先是讓我在四種房型中選一種，接下來發給我國際匯款的賬號信息。這下我就確定對方是詐騙分子了。

不過我還是有些奇怪，這么大費周章，就是為了騙取住宿費？住宿費的總額，折算下來是2萬多人民幣。
