中年人的苦楚，大都源于用力過猛，面對(duì)重壓，不妨學(xué)學(xué)莊子的精神：適度“擺爛”。

中年人的困境：拼命奔跑，卻越跑越累

莊子說：“其耆欲深者，其天機(jī)淺。”

意思是，欲望越深，越容易失去生活的靈性與快樂。

我們總是被外界的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裹挾，追求名利、地位、財(cái)富，卻忘了問問自己：這些真的是我想要的嗎？

電影《哪吒》中的申公豹是很多人意難平的一個(gè)角色。

申公豹只是一個(gè)普通的豹子精，沒有身份背景，為了拜入仙門，他拼命修煉，終于化成人形，被無量仙翁接入了玉虛宮，實(shí)現(xiàn)了階層跨越。

但是，作為全村的希望，光是個(gè)“仙”還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠，他需要更高的地位，所以他又拼命幫無量仙翁“干黑活”，希望得到大師兄的看重。

不過無量仙翁從始至終都只想利用他，并不打算給他實(shí)際利益。所以，他又想靠著“魔丸和靈珠”來改變自己的命運(yùn)。

莊子說：“鷦鷯巢于深林，不過一枝；偃鼠飲河，不過滿腹。”

小鳥在深林中筑巢，只需要一根樹枝；老鼠在河邊喝水，只需要喝飽肚子。

人生也是如此，我們真正需要的，其實(shí)并不多。

孩子出生時(shí)，父母寄予的期望不過是平安健康，快快樂樂地長(zhǎng)大。只是，隨著孩子的長(zhǎng)大，這樣的期望卻一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)變了形。

父母不再滿足于孩子健康快樂，更想要一個(gè)品學(xué)兼優(yōu)、十項(xiàng)全能的超級(jí)孩子。

孩子不敢違背父母的期望，只能一刻不停地拼命學(xué)，直到將自己榨得干干凈凈，不得不躺下。

很多人一聽“擺爛”，就覺得是消極怠惰，是放棄努力。

可莊子認(rèn)為，真正的“擺爛”，是看透生活，回歸本真的智慧，是蓄藏“節(jié)能”的藝術(shù)。

《瓦爾登湖》的作者亨利·戴維·梭羅，就是這樣一位藝術(shù)家，他不僅用“擺爛”修復(fù)了自己的心靈，更是收獲了一本經(jīng)典著作。

1845年7月4日，梭羅在美國獨(dú)立日這一天，搬進(jìn)了瓦爾登湖畔的森林，用28美元造了一座小木屋。

他在這里墾荒、種菜，偶爾出去打打零工，過起了自給自足的清閑日子。

每周他只需要工作6小時(shí)，其余時(shí)間全部用來閱讀、寫作和觀察自然，《瓦爾登湖》的初稿就是在這里完成的。

他以“主動(dòng)隱居”的方式對(duì)抗工業(yè)革命初期美國社會(huì)對(duì)物質(zhì)文明的狂熱追逐。

他用2年零2個(gè)月的湖畔獨(dú)居生活，向世人證明：遠(yuǎn)離物質(zhì)欲望的“擺爛”，回歸自然，不僅沒有與社會(huì)脫節(jié)，反倒實(shí)現(xiàn)了精神與物質(zhì)的雙節(jié)能。

這與莊子的“安時(shí)處順，與天為一”不謀而合，皆是順應(yīng)自然，與自然融為一體的“節(jié)能”思想。

生命不是永動(dòng)機(jī)，節(jié)能方能長(zhǎng)久。

學(xué)會(huì)在緊繃時(shí)松綁，在疲憊時(shí)休憩，才能積蓄能量走得更遠(yuǎn)。

“少即是多”的智慧，恰是治愈這個(gè)時(shí)代的良方。
