目前，全國1.1萬余家非遺工坊，分布在2005個縣級行政區，包括670個脫貧縣和135個國家鄉村振興重點幫扶縣，帶動相關產業鏈120余萬人就業增收，保護優秀傳統文化，賦能地方經濟社會發展。

非遺工坊是指依托非遺代表性項目或傳統手工藝，開展非遺保護傳承，帶動當地人群就地就近就業的各類經營主體和生產加工點。非遺工坊作為傳統文化與現代經濟深度融合的創新載體，近年來在鄉村振興與文化傳承中發揮著重要作用。依托非遺代表性項目與傳統手工藝，工坊通過“傳幫帶”模式構建起“指尖技藝”向“指尖經濟”轉化的生態鏈，既為鄉村老年群體、留守婦女等提供家門口就業的機會，又以生產性保護激活傳統工藝的生命力。

政策春風盤活非遺資源，工坊建設架起傳統文化與現代產業的橋梁。文化和旅游部會同人力資源和社會保障部、國家鄉村振興局印發《關于持續推動非遺工坊建設助力鄉村振興的通知》，在人才培養、就業創業、產業幫扶等方面給予支持。中央財辦將非遺工坊建設納入鄉村振興考核體系。全國有18個省份制定了非遺工坊認定和管理文件，從資金獎補、資源對接等方面提供支持。浙江、河南等省通過實施“非遺薪火行動”“非遺點亮計劃”，引入運營團隊和設計資源，探索出“政府搭臺、高校賦能、企業助力、傳承人參與”的工作路徑。各地立足特色優勢，精準培育帶動強、市場好的項目。云南建水等地通過推進非遺工坊建設，集聚優質資源要素，因地制宜發展紫陶等特色產業，從“單打獨斗”向“抱團發展”。當非遺與現代消費、文旅體驗深度融合，其文化魅力和市場價值持續釋放。如今非遺工坊正在成為文旅融合的創新平臺，村民和游客主客共享文化興、產業旺、鄉村美、人民富的鄉村振興成果。
