關鍵呢,做法還特別的簡單,10 分鐘就能上桌,成本不到兩塊錢,一次能出 20 多個,放在那涼一會,怎么拿都不會粘手。學會之后天天在家做,再也不用出去買了!
先準備 300 克面粉,加入 5 克酵母粉,再加一點白糖促進發酵,攪拌均勻后分次少量地倒入溫水。一邊倒一邊攪拌,攪成棉絮狀以后下手揉面,揉至表面光滑即可蓋上醒發。
趁著醒面的時間,我們來做紅糖餡。準備一塊紅糖,加入幾粒黑芝麻和花生碎,攪拌均勻備用。這樣做出來的紅糖餡不僅不會流出來,而且味道更香。
案板上撒一些干面粉防粘,把醒好的面團取出發酵至原來的兩倍大就可以了。手上也多撒些干面粉,把面團給它按壓排氣,然后分成大小均勻的小劑子。
把每個小劑子都搓圓,用手掌輕輕按扁,放入提前備好的紅糖餡,收口朝下再次按扁,這樣生胚就做好了。
全部做好以后,放到蒸鍋上面二次醒發 10 分鐘左右,時間到開大火蒸 10 分鐘,關火后再燜 5 分鐘就可以出鍋了。
你看,這樣做的紅糖饅頭是不是又白又暄騰?趁熱撕開一個,里面是空心的,咬一口滿嘴都是紅糖香味,外皮是微帶點嚼勁的,里面的面餅非常柔軟,大人小孩都非常適合吃哦!
