世俱杯小組賽第2輪的一場較量即將打響，皇家馬德里將會對陣帕丘卡。
本場比賽將會是皇馬新任主教練哈維-阿隆索接手帥位之后的第二場比賽，此前他在首秀當中1-1戰平了利雅得新月。
皇馬上次遭遇新任主教練前兩場比賽均未能取勝的局面還是在2007年，當時舒斯特爾率隊在西班牙超級杯當中首回合0-1負于塞維利亞，次回合3-5再度告負被雙殺。
