6月23日，無錫市公安局發布辟謠公告提及，2025年3月，占某某為博取關注、吸引眼球，在網上編造“無錫馬拉松野鴛鴦”男主為某公司高管的謠言信息。錢某為泄私憤，在網上編造“無錫馬拉松野鴛鴦”女主為我市一居民的謠言信息。目前，占某某、錢某已被公安機關行政處罰。
