6月30日，由市住建局建設，交建集團施工的北關街城市管網改造提升（一期）工程完工，道路恢復通行。該工程南起邢州大街，北至龍崗大街，全長1896米，分兩期實施，一期工程為鋪設雨污水管網、供熱管網、路面破除及恢復。二期將在道路兩側增設非機動車道和人行道。
