7月4日，國務(wù)院新聞辦公室舉行新聞發(fā)布會，介紹全面推進江河保護治理有關(guān)情況。水利部副部長陳敏介紹，水利部實施了母親河復(fù)蘇行動，聚焦河道斷流、湖泊萎縮等問題，重點選取了88條母親河，通過實施生態(tài)補水、加強水資源調(diào)度、強化生態(tài)流量泄放等措施，改善河湖生態(tài)環(huán)境。
