北京時間7月17日，中超官方宣布，北京國安主帥塞蒂恩當選聯賽6月份最佳教練。
現年66歲的塞蒂恩6月率領國安出戰了4場中超和1場足協杯的比賽，并且取得了全勝的成績，其中的4場中超比賽國安分別在主場戰勝了長春亞泰(2-1)和青島西海岸(1-0)，隨后又在客場拿下了梅州客家(0-4)以及云南玉昆(2-1)。
本賽季中超前16輪過后，塞蒂恩率領國安以11勝5平的不敗成績排名榜首。
