近日，信用河北網站發布了滄縣衛生健康局于8月14日作出的“滄衛職罰決字﹝2024﹞第02號”行政處罰決定書。
據介紹，滄縣永康醫院存在以下問題：
1.電離輻射標識不符合國家標準；
2.放射機房不能完全關閉；
3.放射候診區未張貼溫馨提示。
滄縣衛生健康局依據《放射診療管理規定》第四十一條規定的相關規定，對滄縣永康醫院處以罰款1000元。
