Songzan Stone Moon Mountain House is now grandly opened. This building is located in Chidadi Village, Fugong County, Nujiang Prefecture, and the core area of the three rivers, which is the first canyon hotel of Songzan brand. On the sea of clouds, the stone moon quietly overlooks the mountains and rivers, showing a sense of independence. Mr. Pema Dorjee, the founder of Songzan, took a helicopter and personally selected this scenic refuge village as a foothold for this hotel. Shiyue Mountain is 1,760 meters above sea level and covers an area of 31.16 mu. It is about 30 kilometers away from Fugong County and about 40 minutes by car. The design of Songzan Hotel is based on a deep understanding and respect for nature. Tucked away in valleys or atop snowy mountains, they blend perfectly into their surroundings. The architectural design makes use of the topography, so that each guest can get close to nature, experience the grandeur of the mountains and the quiet of the forest. Here, design and nature are no longer isolated elements, but mutually reinforcing and complementary partners.

怒江大峽谷，因其獨(dú)特的垂直氣候和600米高差，造就了“一山分四季，十里不同天”的奇景。這里多樣的環(huán)境孕育了豐富的物產(chǎn)，珍貴食材層出不窮。山居廚師團(tuán)隊巧妙運(yùn)用松露、松茸、草果、漆油等本地特色食材，結(jié)合滇西地區(qū)及緬甸等東南亞國家的烹飪手法，追溯茶馬古道沿途美食，精心烹制出風(fēng)味獨(dú)特的怒江創(chuàng)意融合菜。在山居餐廳里，特制的香料臺陳列著本地特色香料，帶來視覺、嗅覺和味覺的三重享受。

The Grand Canyon of the Nujiang River, because of its unique vertical climate and 600 meters of height difference, has created a wonderful scene of "four seasons in one mountain, ten miles of different days". The diverse environment here breeds a wealth of products, and precious ingredients emerge in an endless stream. The mountain chef team skillfully uses local ingredients such as truffle, matsutake, grass fruit, lacquer oil, and other cooking techniques in western Yunnan and Southeast Asian countries such as Myanmar, tracing the cuisine along the ancient Tea Horse Road, and elaborately cooks a unique flavor of the Nujiang creative fusion dish.
