巴基斯坦通信管理局（PTA）近日?qǐng)?bào)告稱，VPN的廣泛使用導(dǎo)致該國網(wǎng)絡(luò)速度變慢，并造成經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。由于VPN繞過本地內(nèi)容分發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)（CDN），增加了網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施壓力，同時(shí)也加劇了對(duì)外匯的依賴。
為規(guī)范VPN使用，PTA要求相關(guān)服務(wù)注冊(cè)并收集用戶數(shù)據(jù)，但因缺乏法律依據(jù)，尚未全面禁用VPN。
