·自1994年正式接入互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，到今天我國(guó)網(wǎng)民已超10.32億，網(wǎng)絡(luò)在帶來(lái)便利的同時(shí)，也帶來(lái)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮。疫情的肆虐更使網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮加劇，據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)疫情期間，我國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮總體流行率為36.7%，重度網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮率為2.8%。而全球數(shù)字成癮的流行率為26.99%。2020年世界衛(wèi)生組織正式承認(rèn)，對(duì)數(shù)字技術(shù)的成癮是一個(gè)世界性問(wèn)題。

·近些日子，戒斷多巴胺開(kāi)始流行起來(lái)，似乎只要戒除多巴胺，生活就能好起來(lái)。但實(shí)際上多巴胺是魔鬼也是天使，它雖然讓人類沉溺在快感中不斷上癮，但也讓人類有了仰望星空的動(dòng)力，它是創(chuàng)造力的源泉，讓雄心勃勃的人不惜一切代價(jià)追求成功，讓科學(xué)家去尋找解釋世界的理論...因此問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵從來(lái)都不是戒斷多巴胺（事實(shí)上你不可能戒除）。有時(shí)我們只是將多巴胺和上癮，當(dāng)做自己沒(méi)有努力的借口和擋箭牌。
