中國藥科大學(xué)坐落于古都南京，始建于1936年，是我國歷史上第一所由國家創(chuàng)辦的藥學(xué)高等學(xué)府。學(xué)校為教育部直屬、國家“211工程”和“985工程優(yōu)勢學(xué)科創(chuàng)新平臺”建設(shè)高校，是一所以藥學(xué)為特色的多科性、研究型大學(xué)，素有“中國生物醫(yī)藥人才搖籃”的美譽(yù)。2017年，成為國家“雙一流”建設(shè)高校。

學(xué)院簡介

中國藥科大學(xué)國際醫(yī)藥商學(xué)院創(chuàng)院于1993年，依托學(xué)校醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域的學(xué)科優(yōu)勢，致力于培養(yǎng)具有國際視野的高層次醫(yī)藥經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理人才，打造藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、衛(wèi)生事業(yè)管理公共政策等學(xué)科研究的高地。學(xué)院現(xiàn)設(shè)有工商管理學(xué)系、經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易系、藥事管理系、公共管理系、醫(yī)藥經(jīng)濟(jì)管理綜合實驗中心和MPA教育中心。學(xué)院教職工80人，專任教師61人，其中正高級職稱14人，副高級職稱29人?，F(xiàn)有社會與管理藥學(xué)、藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)2個學(xué)術(shù)學(xué)位博士點，藥學(xué)博士（管理藥學(xué)）1個專業(yè)學(xué)位博士點，社會與管理藥學(xué)、藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、公共管理3個學(xué)術(shù)學(xué)位碩士點，藥學(xué)碩士、公共管理碩士2個專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士點。近五年來，學(xué)院獲批國家自然科學(xué)基金及國家社會科學(xué)基金13項，承接衛(wèi)健委、醫(yī)保局、藥監(jiān)局、發(fā)改委、工信部等國家、省部委事業(yè)單位，以及知名藥企委托的科研課題超1300項，發(fā)表核心期刊以上論文700余篇，其中高水平SCI/SSCI論文數(shù)量顯著提升，科研成果豐碩。為進(jìn)一步推動學(xué)院學(xué)科建設(shè)和國際化發(fā)展，現(xiàn)面向海內(nèi)外公開招聘優(yōu)秀人才，誠邀有志之士加盟。

1.興藥領(lǐng)軍學(xué)者

引進(jìn)條件：一般應(yīng)在海外知名高校、科研院所取得助理教授崗位或特別優(yōu)秀的博士后研究人員；年齡一般不超過40周歲；具備承擔(dān)國家級重大科研項目的潛力，在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域取得有影響力的標(biāo)志性成果。

2.興藥青創(chuàng)學(xué)者

引進(jìn)條件：年齡男不超過35周歲，女不超過38周歲；一般應(yīng)在國內(nèi)外知名高校取得博士學(xué)位；具備承擔(dān)國家級科研項目的能力，在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域取得有影響力的標(biāo)志性成果。

3.副教授/特聘副研究員

University Overview

China Pharmaceutical University (CPU), founded in 1936 in Nanjing, is China’s first state-established institution of higher education in pharmacy. As a Ministry of Education-affiliated university, CPU is a member of the national "Project 211" and "985 Project Innovation Platform".Renowned as the "Cradle of China’s Biopharmaceutical Talents," CPU is a multidisciplinary, research-intensive university with distinctive strengths in pharmacy. In 2017, CPU was selected into the national "Double First-Class" initiative .

The university currently boasts 1 Chinese Academy of Engineering academician, 1 German National Academy of Sciences academician, 19 national high-level talents, and 81 national high-level young talents. CPU is committed to building a world-class "Modern Pharmacy Discipline System 2.0", characterized by the integration of "Pharmacy+X" interdisciplinary approaches, the development of "New Pharmacy" and "Comprehensive Pharmacy," and the coordinated advancement of Pharmacy, Pesticide science, and Veterinary pharmacy. School Overview

Established in 1993, the International Pharmaceutical Business School (IPBS) leverages CPU’s strengths in pharmaceutical disciplines to cultivate high-level professionals with global perspectives in pharmaceutical economics and management, and committed to building a high ground for research in pharmacoeconomics, healthcare management, and public policy. IPBS comprises the Department of Business Administration, the Department of Economics and Trade, the Department of Pharmaceutical Administration, the Department of Public Administration, the Comprehensive Experimental Center of Pharmaceutical Economic Management, and the MPA Education Center. With 80 faculty members, including 61 full-time teachers (14 senior titles and 29 associate senior titles), the school offers 2 academic doctoral programs (Social & Administrative Pharmacy and Pharmacoeconomics), 1 professional doctoral program (Pharmacy—Administrative Pharmacy), 3 academic master’s programs (Social & Administrative Pharmacy, Pharmacoeconomics, and Public Administration), and 2 professional master’s programs (Pharmacy and Public Administration).

Over the past five years, IPBS has secured 13 National Natural/Social Science Foundation-funded projects and undertaken over 1,300 research projects commissioned by national ministries, agencies (e.g., National Health Commission, Medical Insurance Bureau, Food and Drug Administration, Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Industry and Information), and leading pharmaceutical enterprises. Faculty members have published over 700 papers in core journals, with a significant increase in high-quality SCI/SSCI publications. To advance disciplinary development and internationalization, IPBS now invites applications from outstanding global scholars.

Qualifications: Assistant Professor (or exceptional postdoctoral researcher) from an internationally renowned global university or research institution; typically under 40 years old; demonstrated capacity to lead major national-level research projects and achieved influential landmark academic achievements.

2.Xing Yao Young Innovative Scholars

Qualifications: PhD from an internationally renowned global university or research institution; male candidates under the age of 35, female candidates under the age of 38; with the ability to undertake national-level research projects and produce influential academic achievements.

3.Associate Professor (tenure track)/University Appointed Associate Professor

Qualifications: PhD from an internationally renowned global university or research institution; under the age of 35; proven capacity to undertake national-level research projects, with high-quality publications in top-tier journals or equivalent academic contributions.

4.Lecturer

Qualifications: PhD from an internationally renowned global university or research institution; under the age of 35; demonstrated strong potential for scientific research, with publications in prestigious journals or other notable academic achievements.
