一、項(xiàng)目背景 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
項(xiàng)目的場地深嵌于村落肌理之中,四周環(huán)繞著傳統(tǒng)納西民居,自然形成了一種“內(nèi)向”的空間特質(zhì)。原場地由業(yè)主的舊民宿、祖宅與沿街商業(yè)建筑構(gòu)成,設(shè)計(jì)在保留沿街建筑的基礎(chǔ)上,拆除部分舊建筑,并重新梳理空間,使其更符合村落的肌理和秩序。建筑以“見縫插針”的方式介入,在村莊肌理中生長,與周邊環(huán)境建立對話,而非以孤立的姿態(tài)存在。
The site of the project is deeply embedded in the village fabric and surrounded by traditional Naxi dwellings, naturally forming an "inward" spatial character. The original site is composed of the owner's old homestay, ancestral house and commercial buildings along the street. On the basis of retaining the buildings along the street, the design dismantlees part of the old buildings and reorganizes the space to make it more in line with the texture and order of the village. The architecture intervenes in a "haptic" way, growing in the fabric of the village and establishing a dialogue with the surrounding environment, rather than existing in isolation.
二、設(shè)計(jì)策略 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
厚苑坐落于麗江玉湖村,這座擁有千年歷史的村落,以石頭外墻和木架屋頂?shù)慕ㄖ鹘y(tǒng)承載著文化的沉淀。整個(gè)村莊自然生長,一側(cè)是玉龍雪山,一側(cè)是開闊的農(nóng)田。

厚苑既內(nèi)向,又不內(nèi)向——這種“內(nèi)向”并非封閉,而是一種開放性的內(nèi)斂。建筑摒棄了傳統(tǒng)的外立面,使其在村落中幾乎消隱。然而,步入其中,空間層層遞進(jìn),視線與動線在圍合的院落中不斷展開,引導(dǎo)使用者開啟一個(gè)層次豐富、充滿變化的空間體驗(yàn)。設(shè)計(jì)延續(xù)了玉湖村院落的空間原型,整理L形場地近乎兩個(gè)院落疊合一間房,并在交界處設(shè)立核心公共空間。北側(cè)設(shè)水院,以水的流動性串聯(lián)空間;南側(cè)則以圍合庭院強(qiáng)化院落秩序;新建建筑與老宅子之間的院子保留。最終,三大院落層層圍合,使建筑在保持自身空間邏輯的同時(shí),通過不同層次的對話,生成豐富的場所體驗(yàn)。
Houyuan is located in Yuhu Village of Lijiang, a village with a history of thousands of years. The architectural tradition of stone facade and wooden roof carries the precipitation of culture. The whole village grows naturally, with Jade Dragon Snow Mountain on one side and open farmland on the other.

Hou Yuan is both introverted and not introverted - this "introverted" is not closed, but an open introverted. The building abandons the traditional facade, making it almost invisible in the village. However, stepping into it, the space progresses layer by layer, and the sight line and moving line continue to unfold in the enclosed courtyard, guiding users to open a rich spatial experience full of changes.
The design continues the spatial prototype of Yuhu Village courtyard, finishing the L-shaped site almost two courtyards superimposed into one room, and establishing a core public space at the junction. On the north side, there is a water yard, which connects the space with the flow of water. On the south side, the order of the courtyard is strengthened by enclosing the courtyard. The courtyard between the new building and the old house is preserved. Finally, the three courtyards are surrounded layer by layer, so that the building maintains its own spatial logic while generating a rich place experience through dialogue at different levels.
三、設(shè)計(jì)核心—以水為脈 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
入口水系循序漸進(jìn),引導(dǎo)訪客穿行于石、水、竹交錯(cuò)的自然序列中。這一動線如同《桃花源記》中所述:“初極狹,才通人。復(fù)行數(shù)十步,豁然開朗。”水不僅是物理的存在,更是空間的線索,將納西文化與建筑體驗(yàn)有機(jī)融合。玉龍雪山不僅是納西族文化的發(fā)源地,更是這一片土地上的生命之源。在納西文化中,水具有重要的象征意義,它既是自然的一部分,也承載著人與環(huán)境的聯(lián)系。
在厚苑,水的引入不僅是景觀的一部分,更是空間秩序的重要構(gòu)成。建筑的核心庭院——水院,成為感知的中心,水的流動與倒影賦予院落動態(tài)的秩序感。一側(cè)是會客廳,另一側(cè)是餐廳,兩者圍繞水庭展開,使用場景互相滲透,形成靈活而富有層次的空間體驗(yàn)。會客廳的木格柵可開可合,使空間的開放性與私密性可隨情境調(diào)節(jié)。在這一層層的空間對話中,水成為了連接內(nèi)外的媒介,使建筑從封閉走向開放,從靜態(tài)走向動態(tài)。這種水與空間的結(jié)合,使得厚苑在“內(nèi)向”的同時(shí),又展現(xiàn)出了豐富的層次與變化。
The entrance water system is gradual, guiding visitors through the natural sequence of stone, water and bamboo. This line is as described in the "Peach Blossom Source" : "At the beginning, it is very narrow, and only people." After walking for dozens of steps, my mind suddenly became clear." Water is not only a physical presence, but also a spatial clue, which organically integrates Naxi culture and architectural experience.
Yulong Snow Mountain is not only the birthplace of Naxi culture, but also the source of life on this land. In Naxi culture, water has an important symbolic significance, as it is both a part of nature and carries the connection between man and the environment.
In Houyuan, the introduction of water is not only a part of the landscape, but also an important component of the spatial order. The core courtyard of the building, the water courtyard, becomes the center of perception, and the flow and reflection of water give the courtyard a dynamic sense of order. One side is the living room, the other side is the dining room, the two are spread around the water courtyard, the use of scenes penetrate each other, forming a flexible and hierarchical space experience. The wooden grille of the living room can be opened and closed, so that the openness and privacy of the space can be adjusted with the situation. In this layer of spatial dialogue, water becomes the medium connecting the inside and outside, making the building move from closed to open, from static to dynamic. This combination of water and space makes Houyuan in the "inward" at the same time, but also shows a rich level and change.
三、設(shè)計(jì)核心—空間對話 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
厚苑的設(shè)計(jì)不僅在平面上延續(xù)了院落原型,在豎向空間亦構(gòu)建了層次豐富的體驗(yàn)。核心水院作為軸心,通過層疊錯(cuò)落的露臺將公共空間向垂直方向延展,模糊建筑的邊界,使空間在多個(gè)維度上展開。
客房部分與原有納西老院子相連,使新舊建筑產(chǎn)生連續(xù)的對話。建筑的界墻在轉(zhuǎn)角處形成獨(dú)特的角院,使每間客房都擁有一個(gè)獨(dú)立的小庭院,且每個(gè)庭院都獨(dú)一無二。這種空間組織方式,使厚苑雖然整體內(nèi)向,卻并不封閉。水院與客房、露臺與庭院、新院與老院之間建立起多重對話,在層次的交錯(cuò)中消解傳統(tǒng)建筑的邊界感。建筑的內(nèi)向策略不僅是形式上的內(nèi)向,更是一種與環(huán)境共生的方式。空間通過層次的遞進(jìn)、庭院的布局以及水系的引入,使整個(gè)場所既是自成一體的,又與周邊村落形成對話的聯(lián)系。在這一模式下,建筑超越了傳統(tǒng)意義上的封閉與開放,構(gòu)建了一種內(nèi)外交融的空間關(guān)系。
The design of Houyuan not only continues the courtyard prototype in the plane, but also creates a rich experience in the vertical space. As the axis, the core water courtyard extends the public space vertically through the cascading terraces, blurring the boundaries of the building and expanding the space in multiple dimensions.
Part of the guest room is connected to the original Naxi old courtyard, creating a continuous dialogue between the old and new buildings. The boundary wall of the building forms a unique corner courtyard at the corner, so that each room has a separate small courtyard, and each courtyard is unique. This way of spatial organization makes the Houyuan as a whole introverted, but not closed. Multiple dialogues are established between the water courtyard and the guest rooms, the terrace and the courtyard, the new courtyard and the old courtyard, and the boundary sense of traditional architecture is dissolved in the interleaving of levels.
The introversion strategy of architecture is not only formal introversion, but also a way of symbiosis with the environment. Through the progressive level of the space, the layout of the courtyard and the introduction of the water system, the whole place is not only self-contained, but also forms a dialogue relationship with the surrounding villages. In this mode, the building goes beyond the traditional sense of closure and openness, and constructs a spatial relationship of internal and external integration.
四、精神場域 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
厚苑不以獨(dú)立的建筑個(gè)體存在,而是在村莊的肌理中找到自己的位置。它拒絕以孤立的形式彰顯自身,而是以水為脈、以院為核,在多重層次的空間對話中,營造出一種隱匿而深厚的歸屬感。
厚苑的客廳不僅是接待訪客的空間,更是主人的生活場域。夜幕降臨,納西族的奶奶穿著傳統(tǒng)服飾,小朋友從學(xué)堂歸來,火塘點(diǎn)燃,客人與主人圍坐暢談。建筑消隱于村落,生活則在此延續(xù),真正實(shí)現(xiàn)了民宿的本質(zhì)——在地文化的承載者,人與空間的聯(lián)結(jié)者。
Houyuan does not exist as an individual building, but finds its place in the fabric of the village. It refuses to manifest itself in isolation, but takes the water as the pulse and the courtyard as the core, creating a hidden and profound sense of belonging in the multi-level spatial dialogue.
The living room of Houyuan is not only the space for receiving visitors, but also the life field of the host. As night falls, the Naxi grandma wears traditional costumes, the children return from school, the fire is lit, and the guests and the host sit around and talk. The building is hidden in the village, and the life continues here, which truly realizes the essence of homestay - the carrier of local culture, and the link between people and space.
