開心果奶酥吐司的做法
- 開心果奶酥:黃油30克,糖粉15克,全蛋液15克,奶粉40克,開心果醬15克
做法:黃油軟化后加糖粉拌勻。
- 加常溫全蛋液拌勻,最后加入奶粉和開心果醬拌勻。
- 拌好后冷藏備用。
- 中種材料混合揉成團,冷藏發酵過夜。發酵好的中種切成小塊,和除黃油以外的主面團材料混合攪打至面筋擴展,再加入黃油攪打至完全。
- 分割成兩份,滾圓松弛10分鐘。

奶酥粒做法:5克黃油+5克糖粉+10克低粉混合搓成小粒。
