非常非常美味的面包,只要手頭有奶油奶酪就一定會做,方子脫胎于之前火了一陣子的“二奶包”,酸奶和奶酪的組合果然名不虛傳,不僅出膜快,而且拉絲效果杠杠滴~吃起來那叫一個軟~

酸奶乳酪面包的做法
- 面團材料除黃油外揉至光滑有彈性,再加入軟化黃油揉至出膜(右圖)。
- 基礎發酵至2-2.5倍大。
- 分割成5份,滾圓放入模具中(我用的6寸加高蛋糕模,尺寸是16.5×8cm)
