大蔥燒木耳的做法
- 食材很基本好準備。木耳提前用冷水泡發40分鐘。
- 泡好的木耳用清水沖洗瀝干,剪掉根部,撕成一口大小的塊。大蔥只用蔥白,斜切段。小米椒切碎。
- 調一碗水淀粉。
- 炒鍋倒油,開中小火,三成熱時放入大蔥段,煸炒出香味。
- 倒入木耳,轉大火翻炒2分鐘,期間要不斷翻鍋,以免大蔥炒糊。再調入1勺生抽、1勺老抽、大半勺蠔油、2g糖。
- 倒入小米辣,調入水淀粉,翻勻即可出鍋。
