修訂后的《婚姻登記條例》自今日（5月10日）起施行。根據《條例》，辦理結婚、離婚登記都無需再出示戶口本。

Revised regulations on marriage and divorce registration took effect across China today, removing the long-standing requirement for citizens to present a household registration booklet, or hukou, when applying for either process.

The new regulations aim to expand family support services, enable nationwide registration access, and optimize administrative procedures, according to the Xinhua News Agency.

Previously, the hukou was required for marriage registration to help prevent issues such as bigamy. However, with marriage registration information now integrated into a nationwide network, it is no longer necessary, and couples can register their marriages across provinces.

《條例》規定，申請結婚登記的內地居民應當出具下列證件和書面材料：

（一）本人的居民身份證；

（二）本人無配偶以及與對方當事人沒有直系血親和三代以內旁系血親關系的簽字聲明。

申請結婚登記的當事人有下列情形之一的，婚姻登記機關不予登記：

（一）未到法定結婚年齡的；

（二）非男女雙方完全自愿的；

（三）一方或者雙方已有配偶的；

（四）屬于直系血親或者三代以內旁系血親的。

《條例》規定，內地居民自愿離婚的，男女雙方應當簽訂書面離婚協議，親自到婚姻登記機關共同申請離婚登記。

申請離婚登記的內地居民應當出具下列證件：

（一）本人的居民身份證；

（二）本人的結婚證。
