據外媒TechCrawlr報道，科樂美將于6月正式成立新的子公司“Konami Arcade Games（科樂美街機游戲）”。新公司將通過吸收分立的方式成立，將科樂美的街機游戲業務從其他業務中拆分開來，分立將于2025年10月1日正式生效。
此前，科樂美的街機游戲業務隸屬于科樂美旗下的子公司“Konami Amusement（科樂美娛樂設備）”，業務范圍包括街機游戲、娛樂設備等業務。科樂美官方表示，由于“街機游戲和其他業務的市場環境正在發生巨大變化”，因此公司決定拆分業務使其更加專業化。
據報道，領導層方面，沖田勝典將繼續擔任Konami Amusement的代表董事兼總裁，而Konami Arcade Games的代表董事兼總裁則將由作曲家西村宜隆擔任。
